Akhil Shastry – Senior Technical Support
Always there to greet you with a can-do attitude, Akhil plays a huge role in both our Support and Tech Teams! This Senior Technical Support Representative has been in similar roles for most of his professional career, but has called BrightStores home for over six years. His vast experience and genuine desire to understand any and all technical issues contribute to him being so stellar at his role.
Cristin Mackenzie – Technical Support
Yet another incredible member of our Support Team, Cristin is a problem solver at heart! She loves working with BrightStores and its Distributors because of the opportunity to continuously learn more about various software programs and troubleshooting on those platforms in order to better assist Clients.
More often than we can even keep up with, we receive extraordinary feedback regarding our Support Team. They are truly unmatched when it comes to thorough and efficient Customer Service. The Support Team believes that it is imperative for our Users to have a good understanding and grasp on our Store Solutions and platforms, and they are eager to help make that happen.
As we mentioned earlier, Akhil is also a part of our Tech Team! He is a superstar employee who handles everything from Support to the advanced technical projects he works through with the Tech Team. So what else does our Tech Team do?
Our Tech Team are masters at understanding every piece of the request or problem at hand and solving it in the most efficient way possible. This magnificent team also handles RFP’s, which are documents provided by End User Clients. RFP’s contain questions pertaining to the business and security of the Bright Sites or BOP Platform and the Distributor. It can also contain questions on how the store will be set up.
From RFP’s, API’s, BrightSites Support, and so much more, our Support and Tech Team are busy problem solving and actively maintaining the integrity of our platforms all while providing impeccable customer support.
