That’s right, we are thrilled to announce our new Organization Level Sales Report! It’s just as great as it sounds. However, before we dive in, let’s slow down and go over the basics!
What is a Sales Report?
We’re taking it back to the very beginning – what exactly is a Sales Report? In short, it is a collection of metrics and data used to help evaluate performance. The BrightStores Sales Report provides high level order information on sales activity in the Online Store. However, this is not the only Reporting capability we have! Prior to getting into the NEW Organization Level Sales Report, it’s important that you’re informed on the Reporting options we already offer.
What Reporting Options do I have?
As previously mentioned, Admin have a plethora of options when it comes to our superb Reporting capabilities. Below is a full list of our available Reports:

What does the Organization Level Sales Report do?
We know, you’re excited to finally get to the good stuff! So what exactly does our Organization Level Sales Report do? Let’s talk about it! This brilliant new report gives you and your Admin the ability to view a Sales Report for ALL of your organization’s Stores in one area. And no more toggling between all those open tabs – we count that as a win! In addition to the Distributor, anyone who is an Admin of the Organization will also have access to view the Sales Report.
How To Set Up
If you’re eager to implement this Organization Level Sales Report in your Stores, we’re here to help! And the best part? Setting it up is super easy! To access this, first login to your organization admin area at https://controller.mybrightsites.com.
Once you’re logged in, click into the Reports Section, then click Sales Report. From here, you can see sales for ALL stores under your organization. You can filter by the date the order was placed, the webstore, order total, and order status. You can also export the report as a spreadsheet.
