What are Simple Stores?
Let’s start from the beginning. Before we get into our amazing new feature, it’s important to understand exactly what Simple Stores are. Simple Stores are a Single Page Storefront, with all items listed on one page for easy navigation. This Store type is perfect for any occasion such as Pop-Ups, Holiday Stores, Team Stores, and so much more. And just because these Stores may be small, doesn’t mean the amount of shoppers has to be. That’s right, Simple Stores can handle anywhere from just one to thousands of Shoppers! So whatever your needs may be, Simple Stores can probably accommodate them. The best part? Simple Stores are FREE to set up and super easy to launch on your own! Did you say free? You heard us right! Simple Stores are completely free to launch, and only fifty cents per order after that. Cost conscious, efficient, and straightforward, it doesn’t get any better. They even come with step by step DIY instructions to ensure you set up the perfect Store.

What are Free User Accounts?
DIY takes on a new meaning with Free User Accounts, and as much as we love talking about our Store Solutions, let’s dive into this innovative NEW Feature! We know you’ve all been eagerly awaiting Free User Accounts, and we are so excited to dive in. Lets address the question on everyone’s mind – can you really have as many User Accounts as you want? Yes! That’s right, no more sharing your account login information with your coworkers. You can now have multiple Sales Reps on the same account! Ideal for Sales Reps who need more independence, Free User Accounts enable them to manage Stores how they see fit and streamline their organization. Less of a hassle for you and more autonomy for your Reps, this new feature is a win for everyone involved!
How to Add New Users
First things first, the Organization must already be created in Bright Orders. So if you haven’t already created your Simple Store, follow our DIY Instructions here to get started today. Go ahead and set up your Store, we’ll wait… all done? Great! Now that you’ve discovered just how easy it really is to set up your own Simple Stores, let’s go ahead and add a FREE User to your Organization. First, navigate to the Users & Groups tab. From there, you’ll see the Users section, where you can navigate to New User. You’ll then be prompted to enter the new Users information. After you’ve entered the information, all you need to do is confirm and hit the Save button to submit changes, and voila! You’ve just created a new user. Now all that’s left to do is repeat that process for as many new FREE users as you want.
