What is Live Supplier Inventory?
Let’s start with the basics. What can using our Supplier Inventory feature actually do for you? By connecting specific items or all of the items in your Online Stores to our Supplier database, inventory will automatically be tracked in real-time based on what our Suppliers have on hand. You can even pull Inventory counts directly from participating suppliers which will then be displayed on the Storefront to your shoppers as well as the Admin.

What If I don’t see my Supplier Listed?
If you don’t see your preferred Supplier listed, don’t worry! You have a few options. First, you can check our website for a full list of Suppliers here . If you still don’t find the result you were hoping for, let us know! That’s right, you can always get in touch with us and request a new Supplier. Please reach out to support@brightstores.com if you would like to request any new suppliers.

How To Set Up Supplier Inventory
We aren’t a leader in the Promotional Products Industry for no reason. And one of those reasons is that using our platform is easy! And enabling Supplier Inventory in your Store is no different. Start by logging into your account and navigating to the “Vendors tab”. Click the “Link” button to choose a specific Vendors account. After that, you’ll see a toggle button where you can “Enable Vendor Inventory”. Last but not least, just save your work, and you’re all done! Yeah, that’s it. Welcome to the world of fully automated, real time inventory. Enjoy!
