To dive further into personalized messaging and branding, you also have the option to add a message to shoppers at the top of the screen immediately upon them visiting the Home Page! Adding a personalized message to your store has an endless amount of uses because you’re able to tailor it to your exact needs. For example, you can announce any shipping or supply chain updates. This is especially helpful considering the message will remain at the top of whatever page you’re visiting throughout the store so you never have the hassle of returning to the Homepage to see the message again. We have found that so many Distributors and End User Clients prefer this method as it is a subtle yet effective way to stay connected with one another through a similar cause – the mission of your Online Store!
Header and Navigation Menu
Navigation is so unbelievably simple when using our New Templates. If you’ve explored our New Demo Store , you’ll notice there is a Header along the top of the page with various categories such as “For the Office” or “For the Commute” that include multiple subcategories. Similar to the majority of the features in the New Templates, this is completely customizable! All of the little details are what make the biggest impact, and that’s why everything from category links, link hover color, dropdown and background colors, and more are designed to be able to fit your branding guidelines! Whatever your Client has deemed necessary, is more than likely something that you are going to be able to do for them as a result of our New Templates. As a Distributor with Admin access, it is also very easy to add more specific categories to your Store’s Homepage so shoppers can get in and out with exactly what product they were looking for. As a reminder, this is also an option on mobile devices such as cell phones or even tablets! When viewing the store on a mobile device or smaller screen, the header or mobile menu will be even more sleek and simplified than it already is on your desktop computer or laptop.
Featured Products
Do you have exciting new products that you can’t wait to show off to shoppers? With our Featured Products option, you can now do just that! On the Homepage, you can not only highlight specific products but now you can choose exactly how many products you want to feature depending on your client needs. With that being said, you want to ensure that these featured products look as great as they are! So to fit perfectly with the branding of your Store, you can also change or add an image border color as well as change the verbiage of any product you want to feature on the Homepage.
Footer
As another way of staying connected and in the know, we have added some new options in the footer of your Homepage as well. As an admin of the store, you will be able to add in links and messages to the bottom of the page, which enables you to fit important information and even more content on the Homepage in general.
Favicons and Icons
Another simple yet effective way to add more personality and personalization to your Stores is by implementing branded favicons! The favicon is a branded icon that appears at the top left of a tab name and can be customized to your client’s brand. We’ve also updated the the home, cart, wish list, and profile icons to a modern look. When using a mobile device or smaller screen to shop, note that these icons will be at the bottom of your screen for easier navigation. Similar to the Header message, these icons will also stay with you through the entire store at the bottom of your screen on mobile devices.

As much as we love to help you with your Stores, some Distributors like to do it all themselves! If you’re one of them, you’ll be happy to hear that our New Templates allow you even more freedom. We understand that customization can be super important, and that’s why our New Templates allow you to personalize your Homepage so it feels more authentic to your client’s brand. Within the Admin area, you have the ability to change specific aspects of your layout without compromising the parts you want to keep.
