Submit a Request
Submitting a request to our Support Team is easier than ever. When you navigate to this page via Bright Sites, you are prompted to take the next steps. All you need to do is fill out your basic information as well as your store information. Tell us about the issue you need help resolving in the Description section, and attach screenshots or files that may help us identify the problem. You can even select the urgency of the request! On our end, the requests that come in are more efficient and organized so we can get to the bottom of your issue. When we send you an article, you can close the request yourself within the help center. Less back and forth email threads.

Bright Sites Users
Here, you’ll find every article related to creating, updating, and managing users and groups of users. You’ll also find User Feature articles that’ll help you manage permissions, account balances, gift certificates, budgets, passcodes, notifications, approvals, and so much more!
Bright Sites Orders
Our Help Center can also provide you with some valuable insight on the functionality of placing orders within Bright Sites. The articles in the Bright Sites Orders tab cover Inventory and Products. In our Inventory section, you can learn about adding inventory units to products as well as enabling inventory at the Company store level. Furthermore, there is a huge variety of articles in the Products section. Bright Sites Store Management
