Listening to our clients and their needs drives product ideation and development here at BrightStores. Every time you mention what would be helpful, useful, neat, make your jobs easier, delight your clients (you name it), we make note and take it back to the team. We discuss and plan what would be most beneficial to implement for our clients. So, thank you for being a part of what drives BrightStores and our products forward.
A lot of our clients manage stores for local or state schools and frequently request sports team order stores. Thus, we bring you a new feature, Team Sales, included in all of our Simple Store solutions! You are still using the same easy and straightforward package but with more tools designed to meet your clients’ needs and provide more opportunities for you!
We tapped into our new Product Virtualization technology, which displays shoppers’ text and artwork choices on the storefront in real-time. The Team Sales functionality allows shoppers to input player last names and numbers and preview the results on the products. Imagine the excitement of seeing your name and number on that slick, new jersey before you’ve even hit “Purchase!”
Team Sales eliminates steps from the traditional process of obtaining the information from players separately, saving you, your clients and the team players time and effort. You automatically collect the data when the players submit their orders. This also helps prevent information from getting lost in the translation – no more digging through emails, texts and voicemails to hunt down the details from individual players.
Best of all, the sooner the products (e.g. jerseys or shirts) are ordered, the sooner the team gets to wear them proudly into the field or arena. The fast and efficient process helps kick off the season with the momentum required to win some games!
