In our last blog post, you learned all the ways we re-engineered the platform to provide a more intuitive user experience. We hinted that we’ve added a Notifications feature, which certainly contributes to the intuitive user experience, but we feel it deserves its own dedicated post!
The New Bright Sites Admin delivers you streamlined store and support alerts right inside the platform. The notifications are visible in the top menu no matter what page you are on. The red bubbles will signal when you have a notification.
When you click on the icons, you’ll see a drop-down with relevant information without forcing you to jump to another page. This functionality allows you to consume communications seamlessly with minimal interruption to your workflow. You’ll stay in-the-know with less effort on your part!

Click the bell icon to see alerts for your store (e.g. store uploads, downloadable reports, product copy completion).
The envelope icon delivers you messages from our Support Suite so that you are always aware of new updates.
