One of the questions we are often asked by clients is whether or not there is capability to display the site in multiple languages, such as Spanish, English, French, and more. While our platforms are not designed to be multilingual, there are options out there that can help enhance your shoppers purchasing experience, such as Google Translate.
Google Translate allows you to instantly translate your website into 60+ languages with the click of a button, and it’s as easy as copying and pasting the code into the page that you want your translator to appear on for site translating.
Why Would I Want to Use Translate on My Site?
There are several reasons why you would want to offer Google Translate on your store/website.
One example might be if you have an International Store which accepts orders from all over the world. Adding Translate to your site could help encourage shoppers who may be intimidated by the storefront due to not being English savvy, to purchase more or even complete their purchase which they may have previously abandoned due to lack of understanding the site language.
Adding Google Translation to your site can allow your audience of shoppers to expand not only here in the United States, but GLOBALLY. Google Translate can open new doors towards achieving new clients, and offering a more seamless shopping experience for users worldwide.
